Blissful Beauty Sleep Tea - Chamomile, Lavender, Ginger, Valerian root

  • Three parts chamomile

  • One part lavender

  • Two parts ginger

  • 1/4 part valerian root

  • Water

 

  • Chamomile- Calming and a sleep aid. It’s believed to have antibacterial, anti-anxiety, anti-inflammatory, and liver-protecting benefits. Improves blood sugar. Improves digestion.
